Terms of service
By creating an account or purchasing access to the Acorn Hand Therapy video library you agree to these terms.
Your account
Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold or used to redistribute content.
Licence to the content
Purchasing a membership or lesson gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream the content for your own education while your access is active. You may not download, record, copy, publicly perform, or redistribute any video, image or text from this site.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars. Because lessons are digital content available immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the content you paid for. Contact us if something is wrong and we will make it right.
Educational content, not medical advice
Content on this site is professional continuing education for therapists and students. It is not medical advice, does not create a therapist–patient relationship, and must not replace individual clinical assessment. You remain responsible for your own clinical decisions and for complying with your licensing board's requirements.
Availability
We aim to keep the library available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, replace or retire lessons; if a lesson you purchased individually is retired we will offer an equivalent or a refund.
Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate access for breach of these terms, in which case no refund is due.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acorn Hand Therapy Institute is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
